Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff, and uphold company policies and standards. This role is key to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Conduct shift briefings and communicate company updates Train and mentor new staff members Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate records Enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or manufacturing (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
