Oversee daily restaurant operations Deliver superior guest service by responding to guest needs in a professional, efficient manner Oversee hiring to maintain appropriately staffed restaurant Create weekly schedules Train and develop team in order to produce future all stars Monitor and assess staff performance Coach and mentor staff on performance issues Promote your brand in order to meet sales expectations Be a good neighbor and form community partnerships Track and report inventory Monitor financial results Maintain inventory levels Other duties as assignedQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Three years of progressive responsibility in management/supervision Direct experience with P & L including analyzing financial reports and data Strong Customer Service background Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team Ability to plan, prioritize, and make effective decisions quickly Ability to remain calm and rational under pressurePerks:
