As a Kitchen Manager, you will motivate staff, streamline food production processes, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, making this an exciting opportunity for passionate food industry professionals eager to make a difference. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Supervise and train kitchen staff on food safety, handling procedures, and culinary techniques to foster a skilled and motivated team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling standards at all times. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours in a casual dining setting. Lead hiring efforts through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members while promoting a positive work environment. Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu development to enhance overall restaurant performance. Support customer service initiatives by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Implement training & development programs to elevate team skills in culinary techniques, food safety, and hospitality standards. Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining environments. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in high-pressure settings. Strong background in inventory control, food safety protocols, and budgeting within the food industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff, manage shifts efficiently, and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
