The ideal candidate is organized, skilled in managing inventory and food orders, and confident in preparing high‑quality dishes with consistency. This role requires strong cooking abilities, a solid understanding of flavors and techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, uphold food quality and safety standards, and guide your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position may include morning and/or evening shifts based on business needs. Duties Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Train and mentor team members on food preparation, safety protocols, and service standards Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain proper stock levels Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings Cost analysis of all food menu items Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally Utilize POS systems to support smooth kitchen workflow
Experience & Qualifications Culinary Expertise:
Proven ability to cook at a high level with strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and techniques
Leadership & Team Management:
Experience leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency during busy service periods
Food Safety Knowledge:
