AndyS Restaurant is coming soon to Downtown Ludington, and we are seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to be a key leader in bringing this exciting new concept to life. How we see this role:
The Front of House Manager will oversee all Front of House operations for AndyS Restaurant, including dining service, bar operations, rooftop entertainment areas, guest experiences, and overall venue operations. This position will report directly to the General Manager, Executive Leadership Team, and Ownership Group and will play a critical role in developing the culture, service standards, and operational excellence of this exciting new venue. The ideal candidate will be a proven hospitality leader with experience managing high-end restaurants, entertainment venues and nightlife concepts. Why Join AndyS? Position Responsibilities:
Lead all Front of House operations, including restaurant service, bar operations, rooftop entertainment areas, and guest experiences Build, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing hospitality team Create and maintain exceptional service standards that exceed guest expectations Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure Partner closely with culinary leadership to create outstanding food and beverage experiences Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development Maintain strong employee relations and create a positive team culture Develop service procedures, operational standards, and best practices Manage entertainment-focused operations, including events, gaming experiences, and guest activities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards Work closely with the General Manager, Executive Team, and Ownership to achieve organizational goals Be a visible and engaged leader who is present with guests and team members
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a high-end restaurant, entertainment venue, hospitality group, or upscale service environment Proven experience managing Front of House operations in a complex, high-volume environment Strong bar management experience required Experience with entertainment venues, events, nightlife, or experiential hospitality strongly preferred Experience managing teams, developing leaders, and creating a strong service culture Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to balance operational excellence with creating a fun and memorable guest experience A hospitality professional who leads by example and understands that details matter
