Built in Detroit, Breadless delivers healthier food without sacrificing flavor, convenience, or experience. We are looking for a strong operational leader to help run and grow our restaurant locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and takes pride in building high-performing teams and delivering excellent guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership position. Our managers work alongside the team, maintain high standards, solve problems quickly, and help create a positive, accountable culture throughout the restaurant. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and speed of service Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Build schedules and manage labor effectively Maintain strong operational standards during prep, peak service, and closing Manage inventory, ordering, prep levels, and waste control Ensure food is prepared consistently and safely Support online ordering, curbside pickup, and third-party delivery operations Step into all areas of the restaurant when needed, including food prep, line execution, cashiering, expediting, and guest interaction Help improve systems and processes as the company continues to grow What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment High sense of urgency and attention to detail Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset Passion for hospitality and team development Ability to lead by example and hold standards consistently Breadless is best suited for leaders who enjoy high standards, hands-on problem solving, and fast-paced operations.
