Breadless was founded last year after the CEO spent 10 years living a low-carb lifestyle and became fed up with the limited availability of healthy and quick food options while going about a busy day. Breadless is on a mission to help millions access tasty, portable, low-carb, and gluten-free options, quickly and conveniently. The vision is to be one of the most accessible healthy quick-service restaurants nationwide, as well as the first black-owned healthy food enterprise. Breadless just raised over $1 million from world-class investors to open its first few locations right here in the Motor City, and they want young (at heart), scrappy, and hungry people on the team to grow with them!

• Role description: As a vital senior member of the Breadless team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and staff management: quality assurance, hiring and training staff, schedule and process management, upkeep and presentation of the facility.

Acquire and retain new customers and teammates, while equipping the team with all the tools they need to succeed everyday. The role has significant capacity to grow and scale.

• Key responsibilities:
• Develop an operating plan for the first location(s)
• Recruit, hire, and train employees (i.e., sandwich makers, cashiers, etc.)
• Manage (incl. scheduling shifts) and nurture employees to grow
• Make sure facility is safe, clean, and sanitized
• Manage inventory availability and quality, and minimize waste
• Ensure food products and materials are fresh, prepared, and ready for sandwich makers
• Do whatever it takes when it's necessary: prepare food, make sandwiches, run the cash register, deliver food, talk to customers
• Maintain a cheerful atmosphere that brightens employees' and customers' days Breadless wants people who:
