Our Stevensville location is seeking to add to our Leadership team! Seeking a dynamic manager to join our Industry Specific Training program, designed to prepare you for a leadership role in our rapidly growing, privately held B2C company. This is not an entry-level position; it's a strategic training program for proven leaders to enhance their skills, learn our business, and maximize their success in an environment where they can be appreciated and rewarded for their efforts. Key Requirements:

While this role offers significant rewards, candidates should consider the following expectations:

Availability:

Must work at least one weekend day and be able to commit to a 50-hour workweek.

Appearance Standards:

No neck or face tattoos, Facial piercings must be removed for interviews and while on duty , hand tattoos must be covered with gloves during the shift Clean, neat, and professional

Hands-On Role:

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and directly engaging with team operations. This is NOT a management job sitting behind a desk in an office. You will be out in the location interacting with customers and staff.
