Manage carryout, delivery and third-party delivery Check inventory regularly to ensure proper ordering and usage of products Train new employees and monitor and coach performance. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and ensure cleanliness of the restaurant. Resolve guest complaints, address issues, and provide customer service.
