$55,000- $65,000 About Us Mashawi is a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant focused on exceptional food, outstanding customer service, and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated Front of House Manager who can lead by example, develop team members, and help drive the continued growth of our business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoys building strong teams while delivering a great guest experience. Responsibilities Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure excellent customer service Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train team members Create and manage employee schedules Coach, motivate, and develop staff to maintain high performance standards Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Monitor labor and staffing needs to support efficient operations Manage inventory and place orders for restaurant supplies Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards Work closely with the General Manager to improve operations and grow sales Maintain a positive team culture and hold employees accountable for performance expectations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Sales-minded approach with a focus on guest satisfaction and business growth Experience with Toast POS and Restaurant365 is a plus but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A strong leader who leads by example Highly organized and dependable Customer-focused and solution-oriented Comfortable holding team members accountable Motivated to grow within a successful restaurant organization Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities Leadership development Opportunity to play a key role in a growing restaurant operation Schedule Full-time Approximately 50+ hours per week Weekend and holiday availability required
