About Us We are a beer-focused taproom dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for craft beer enthusiasts. We do not serve food—our focus is on quality beer, community, live entertainment, and creating memorable guest experiences. In addition to serving great beer, we host a variety of live music performances, special events, community gatherings, and private parties throughout the year. Our venue is a destination for both craft beer lovers and guests looking for a unique event space. Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Beer Tender who can also serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts. This role combines beer service, customer engagement, event support, and leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations. Beer Tender Duties Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service. Educate customers about beer styles, flavors, and brewery offerings. Pour and serve beer responsibly and accurately. Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service regulations. Process cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom, bar area, event spaces, and restrooms. Restock beer, merchandise, glassware, and supplies as needed. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally. Manager on Duty Duties Oversee daily taproom operations during assigned shifts. Open and close the facility following established procedures. Coordinate and support live music events, private parties, and special gatherings. Ensure event spaces are prepared, organized, and guest-ready. Serve as the primary point of contact for performers, event hosts, and guests during events. Manage cash handling, drawer reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies. Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively. Support and direct team members during service. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, taproom, brewery, event venue, or customer service preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events. Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing processes is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and during high-volume events. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
