In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back while maintaining smooth restaurant flow. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient team Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee food and beverage service, including order accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen management for food safety standards Lead shift management duties including opening, closing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Support staff development through ongoing training initiatives focused on food handling, hospitality standards, and team collaboration Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on front-of-house operations Extensive background in food service management with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred Demonstrated supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with strong leadership skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling procedures in the food industry Experience in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and managing restaurant shifts effectively Background in catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality is advantageous but not required Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences!
