ASSISTANT MANAGER

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, coaching employees, and helping drive operational success. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Help oversee daily restaurant operations Lead and support Shift Leads and crew members Assist with scheduling and labor management Train and coach team members Help maintain food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards Support inventory, food ordering, and operational systems Handle customer concerns professionally Open and close the restaurant Help maintain a strong and positive team culture Support hiring and team development efforts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong customer service mindset Ability to coach and hold team members accountable Restaurant leadership experience preferred Open availability including nights and weekends as needed
