  • Full-time The Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Lakeville is seeking a Restaurant Manager.
The restaurant has recently been fully remodeled with new finishes in the entire FOH and significant BOH equipment and operations upgrades. Green Mill Restaurant is an established concept with a proven menu and service impression. The Lakeville location is one of the top company revenue performers and service leaders. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and polished individual to lead our growing team and serve our loyal guests. Ideal applicant will possess the following attributes: Must be available to work nights and weekends: Thursday
  • Sunday is required.
Minimum of two years in restaurant management or supervisor/shift lead Understanding of inventory management, sales building, marketing, labor control, and cost of goods control. Leadership skills develop staff to set and achieve service standards and sales goals. Ability to motivate team members and oversee floor operations in a high-volume atmosphere Exceptional customer service skills, personable, and Guest-focused Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays ServSafe Certification preferred but not required Advanced knowledge of upper level restaurant management. Superior communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience with scheduling and inventory management software is preferred High importance placed on organization and timeliness. Willingness to learn, grow and be flexible as the corporation grows.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador for company and the brand. Lead and direct all team members with an emphasis on ongoing training and development Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction is executed by all team members Promptly resolves all customer concerns or issues Coordinates and monitors training of all new front of house staff according to company guidelines Assists in conducting inventory counts and troubleshoots discrepancies and variances
