Wendy's Managers are an integral part of the restaurant leadership and management team. Manager's at Wendy's help run a million-dollar business through a strong passion and high standards for business results, facility appearance, and customer service. We will train you to obtain business success and build a strong crew team.
We will support you in building bench strength by developing a successful crew and crew managers. Manager's Support and Staff a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
Ensure that restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
Provides leadership, direction, training and development of your crew. Creates and maintains a "People Excellence" and superior customer service environment.
