Uphold the highest standards for scratch-made food preparation and presentation Champion a beverage program centered around exceptional quality, including fresh squeezed orange juice cocktails, handcrafted coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails, and bar offerings Ensure the consistent execution of our signature homemade pastries, baked fresh daily Maintain the quality and freshness of premium ingredients Partner with culinary and beverage teams to drive innovation, seasonal offerings, and memorable guest experiences Create a culture where attention to detail and pride in every product are non-negotiable Why Join Us? Our concept combines scratch-made food, homemade pastries, premium beverages, exceptional hospitality, and an energetic atmosphere designed to become a neighborhood favorite. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the culture, influence the guest experience, and grow alongside an exciting new concept from the ground up. Duties Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house service Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food safety and quality Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Oversee POS systems such as Toast POS to ensure smooth transactions and accurate cash handling Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff to optimize coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular training and inspections Lead efforts in food production & bar services to meet diverse guest needs Skills Proven leadership experience within the food industry, particularly in a full service style setting. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and culinary processes Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and staff training & development Familiarity with restaurant systems such as Toast, Margin Edge, Sling & Operandio Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience in kitchen management, food safety protocols, and food production processes Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift operations seamlessly Background in hospitality management with fine dining & breakfast experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This role offers an engaging environment where your leadership can shine!
