BANQUET KITCHEN MANAGER OPENING SOON!
!! Boulder Tap House Monticello Join our vibrant team at Boulder Tap House Monticello, where we believe great food brings people together! With a brand-new store opening, we're looking for a passionate, hands-on Banquet Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen, inspire the team, and help execute exceptional banquet events, private parties, and high-volume service from day one.
What You'll Do:
Lead the Kitchen Supervise and lead our talented cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations during restaurant and banquet service. Banquet & Event Execution Coordinate and execute banquet events, large parties, and catered functions while maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and timing. Quality Control Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and safety to ensure every guest has a great experience. Inventory & Prep Management Manage inventory, ordering, prep levels, and kitchen organization to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Team Development Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment. Communication & Coordination Work closely with front-of-house managers and event staff to ensure successful event execution and a seamless guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for food and hospitality Previous kitchen management experience (1+ years preferred) Experience with banquets, catering, or large party execution preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed Why Join Us?
