As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Manage and lead the store team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsOversee daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenanceEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environmentManage store finances, including budgeting, cost control, and cash handling proceduresAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityResolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionCoordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiencyImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresEnsure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimallyDevelop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awarenessQualificationsProven experience in a management role within the food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency in operating restaurant equipment and POS systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in basic computer applications and data analysisKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
