Job Description

Position Summary The Clubhouse & Food and Beverage Manager serves as a key leader within the daily operations of Crooked Water Golf Club and works closely with the General Manager and department leaders to ensure a first-class member experience throughout all clubhouse operations. This individual will oversee all front-of-house food and beverage operations while also assisting with day-to-day clubhouse operations, member relations, clubhouse presentation and maintenance coordination, event execution, and operational consistency throughout the Club. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, organizational strength, and a highly visible, approachable presence with both members and staff. Essential Responsibilities Food & Beverage Leadership Oversee all front-of-house food and beverage operations including dining service, bar operations, beverage cart service, and club events. Lead, schedule, train, supervise, and develop all front-of-house team members. Establish and maintain service standards consistent with the culture and expectations of Crooked Water Golf Club. Foster a positive, energetic, team-oriented environment focused on hospitality and member satisfaction. Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution between front and back of house operations. Coordinate bar purchasing, inventory controls, and operational compliance. Assist in developing seasonal dining promotions, social events, and programming that increase member engagement and usage. Monitor labor, expenses, and operational efficiencies while maintaining high levels of service and member satisfaction. Clubhouse Operations Assist with the daily operational oversight and presentation of the clubhouse and surrounding member areas. Coordinate clubhouse maintenance needs and work collaboratively with housekeeping, facilities, golf operations, and management teams to maintain high standards throughout the property. Help ensure all member-facing areas remain clean, organized, welcoming, and operationally prepared at all times. Assist with opening and closing procedures, operational systems, and overall clubhouse organization. Support the execution of club events, tournaments, and member activities across multiple departments. Member Relations & Hospitality Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the clubhouse and club grounds. Develop professional relationships with members and their families while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Proactively solicit member feedback and communicate opportunities for operational improvement to management. Serve as an ambassador of the Crooked Water culture, consistently delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service. Handle member concerns professionally, promptly, and positively. Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities Participate in management meetings and collaborate with department heads on operational planning and member experience initiatives. Assist in preparing operational budgets, capital requests, and long-range improvement recommendations. Help create and maintain operational policies, staff training programs, and service procedures. Lead by example with a hands-on, team-first approach and willingness to assist in all operational areas when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, private clubs, restaurants, or resort operations. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Demonstrated ability to lead front-of-house operations while maintaining exceptional member and guest relationships. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational follow-through. Experience with scheduling, budgeting, POS systems, inventory controls, and staff training. Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with varying seasonal demands. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and high-energy leadership style. A passion for hospitality, relationship building, and creating memorable experiences. Schedule & Compensation Due to the seasonal nature of club operations, evenings, weekends, and holidays will be required during peak periods. This is a full-time leadership position offering competitive compensation, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
