Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations, help lead our team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive, high-energy culture for both guests and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads by example on the floor. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Support the training, coaching, and development of team members Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent Uphold and model company values, standards, and service expectations Operations & Guest Experience Assist in overseeing front
  • and back-of-house operations Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service, and cleanliness standards Engage with guests to ensure outstanding experiences and help resolve concerns Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Financial & Business Support Assist with managing labor and operating costs Help monitor sales trends and support performance goals Support inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination Contribute to local marketing efforts and community engagement Systems & Accountability Help implement and enforce company policies and procedures Support performance tracking and accountability among team members Partner with management on daily operations and special initiatives Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Basic financial understanding (labor, costs, and sales trends) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay Health benefits & paid time off Dining discounts and company perks Supportive ownership and leadership team Opportunity for growth within a respected, community-focused restaurant group
