Full Job Description Job Summary :
Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow within the restaurant industry! Here you will learn how to develop excellent customer service skills and deal with problems in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Must be willing to do everything from mopping floors, working in the kitchen, helping customers, answering the phone, dealing with vendors and replenishing inventory. Given that the owner will step away from the business in a few years, the ideal candidate will be motivated to step into a leadership role with little supervision. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Deliver outstanding customer service and food quality Manage deliveries so that food is delivered hot and on time as promised Oversee kitchen staff to ensure consistency and safety standards are met Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment Requirements Leadership qualities that motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Ability to pass ServSafe Food Safety Exam Dependable transportation and driving record • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as an Assistant Manager - This opportunity presents an unique opportunity to develop a long-term career that is fulfilling and financially rewarding.
