Join Our Team! We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic General Manager to lead daily operations in our restaurant/retail business. Position Overview Our General Managers are full-time, salaried leaders responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, staff management, customer experience, and store operations. This role plays a key part in achieving overall performance goals related to sales, customer service, product quality, profitability, and employee development. Legendary leadership ensures that our food, service, people, and atmosphere are the very best. Our General Managers lead and inspire their teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences while creating a positive, high-energy environment where employees can grow and succeed. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily retail and restaurant operations including completely hands on in all areas of food preparation, catering, production and customer service
- Manage production and workflow efficiency
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
- Create a positive, customer-focused work environment
- Drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Maintain high standards for product quality and presentation
- Manage scheduling, labor, and operational budgets
- Ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and organization
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure policy compliance
- Build strong community relationships and help grow local business presence
- Lead and inspire teams to provide legendary customer service
- Utilize systems, methods, and operational processes that contribute to exceptional execution and performance Qualifications
- Previous retail, restaurant, or multi-unit management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success leading teams and achieving business goals
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Valid and clean driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Is a current General Manager from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about personal, hands-on customer service and can demonstrate growth and success in previous leadership roles
- Is an absolute professional who understands what impacts the P&L, can successfully execute a business plan, and never compromises on the quality of the products they serve or sell
- Has a strong desire to increase sales and build lasting relationships within the community
- Is a great coach and leader who can identify, develop, and retain exceptional talent
- Experience hiring and managing seasonal employees is a plus
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant general management experience required. Successful completion of corporate training program required. Serve safe certified.Physical Requirements:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting
- Lifting products and supplies up to 65 lbs.
- Working safely with a hot torch
