Job Description

Back of House Manager for Moe's Burgers and Brews We are looking for a dependable, experienced leader to join our kitchen team full-time.
Requirements:
ServSafe Certified Previous management experience Must be able to cook and work the line Strong leadership and communication skills Able to work with staff in a respectful and professional manner Scheduling and team management experience Ability to control food cost, labor, and overall kitchen profitability Organized, motivated, and dependable
Position Details:
Full-Time — Approximately 40 hours per week Salary Position Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
Manage daily back of house operations Lead and support kitchen staff Create and manage schedules Maintain food quality and consistency Monitor inventory and ordering Help drive profitability of the location Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
Pay:
$24.66 - $29.70 per hour
