This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our companyJob Description$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonusesDomino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at 4701 Clark Ave in White Bear Lake, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food quality assuranceLead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentImplement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsAnalyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and profitabilityDevelop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyaltyOversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize efficiencyConduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standardsResolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with upper management to achieve company goals and implement new initiativesEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food service operationsQualificationsProven leadership experience in fast food or restaurant managementStrong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiencesExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage inventory and control food and labor costsProficiency in staff training and developmentSolid understanding of food safety regulations and best practicesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisionsProblem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challengesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferredServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
