Located inside the Wyndham Executive Center, this reimagined experience will blend decades of legacy with a fresh fine dining experience. Endeavor Hotel Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Steakhouse FOH Manager for our Churchill's Steakhouse located inside the Wyndham Executive Center, located in Columbia, Missouri! The FOH Manager leads all front-of-house operations to deliver a polished, high-touch steakhouse experience. This role oversees service execution, guest satisfaction, team performance, and daily operational flow across the dining room, bar, and host stand. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Guest Experience Ensure elevated, attentive hospitality consistent with steakhouse standards. Oversee pacing, table touches, and dining room flow during peak periods. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and readiness of all guest-facing areas. Operations Management Lead opening, shift, and closing procedures. Schedule deep cleaning routines based on usage. Manage reservations, waitlist, large parties, and special requests in OpenTable. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities. Daily Chef Specials /Scripting to FOH Staff. Partner with BOH/Chef to maintain timing, quality, and menu execution. Team Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff (NRO experience). Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. Maintain proper staffing levels based on business forecasts. Uphold appearance, uniform, and service standards. Build a positive, accountable, professional team culture. Financial & Business Performance Manage labor targets and adjust staffing in real time. Support beverage cost, controllables, and loss prevention. Review sales, PMIX, utilize
ALOHA/NCR
enterprise. Execute upselling strategies and feature programs. Ensure proper handling of comps, voids, and cash controls. Beverage & Bar Oversight Maintain bar standards for cocktails, wine, and spirits. Support inventory counts, ordering, and product rotation. Ensure responsible alcohol service compliance. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: B.A. degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) 2-4 years of restaurant management experience; steakhouse or upscale casual strongly preferred. Proven success leading FOH teams in high-expectation environments. Experience managing reservations, pacing, and private dining. Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong working knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and elevated service standards. Ability to remain calm, objective, and effective under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
