As an Hourly Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and support staff training and development. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain quality, and foster a positive environment for both team members and guests. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards Manage food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure quality and consistency Oversee inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Train new staff on food production, customer service protocols, and safety procedures Handle shift management responsibilities including staff delegation, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all restaurant functions Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff training Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality Familiarity with restaurant operations such as shift management, food production, catering, and bar services (including barista or coffee experience preferred) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in training & development programs Knowledge of hospitality management principles with a focus on culinary excellence and guest satisfaction Join us as an Hourly Manager to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and grow your career in the vibrant world of hospitality!
