We are seeking experienced hourly shift managers to oversee the daily operations of our facilities and ensure guest satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide a positive environment for both our team members and guests. In this position, you will be responsible for upholding standards to support financial results and ensuring performance metrics are met or exceeded. This position has advancement potential based on performance. This position requires the ability to give clear, concise direction and follow-up on delegated duties. You must be able to manage multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment. A candidate for this position must uphold all food safety, guest satisfaction, quality, cleanliness, and uniform appearance standards.
