Assistant Operations Manager

Duties Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight:

Supporting day-to-day operations, including opening/closing shifts, room operations, and property cleanliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or guest services is usually required (often 2-4 years).

Leadership:

Strong team management and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is often preferred, though not always required.

Technical Skills:
