We pair a curated champagne and sparkling wine program with gourmet bites in a chic, elevated setting. Since opening in 2024, we've grown rapidly, expanded onto the rooftop (Sun Club), and built a strong events and private buyout program. With World Cup 2026 in Kansas City on the horizon, Blanc is heading into its next major chapter — and we're hiring the operational leader to build it with us. The Role The General Manager owns daily operations at Blanc. You'll be responsible for the financial performance of the venue, the leadership of our FOH and BOH teams, and the consistent execution of an elevated guest experience across both the Main Dining Room and Sun Club rooftop. This is a senior role with full P&L visibility, real decision-making authority, and a clear path to long-term partnership with a growing concept. You'll work directly with the owner, who will function as the strategic and creative lead, while you own the operational engine. You'll inherit a proprietary operations dashboard built specifically for Blanc that pulls Toast and Tock data into one place, so the systems are already here. We need an operator who can use them, build on them, and lead the team to the standards they enable. What You'll Own Hitting weekly and monthly revenue, labor, and COGS targets Total venue labor cost (FOH + BOH) — partnering with the Executive Chef on kitchen labor accountability Weekly scheduling, hiring, and onboarding for FOH Performance management — 1:1s, written reviews, coaching, accountability Vendor and inventory management — par-level discipline, cost negotiation Daily operations — opens/closes, pre-shift, standards across both rooms Systems leadership — Toast, Tock, our operations dashboard, FOH and BOH SOPs Compliance — health code, alcohol service, employment documentation Operational planning for major events, Sun Club summer, and World Cup 2026 programming Who You Are 5+ years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years running a venue P&L Proven track record of hitting financial targets in a restaurant or bar concept Experience leading a team of 10+ staff across FOH (and ideally BOH coordination) Strong systems thinker — you build SOPs, you don't just put out fires Comfortable with data: POS reporting, labor cost analysis, COGS tracking Passionate about elevated hospitality and guest experience Wine, champagne, or sparkling knowledge is a major plus Direct, kind, accountable — leads with standards and warmth What You'll Get $60,000-$68,000 base salary, depending on experience Goal-based performance bonus structure at 6 months 2 weeks PTO Employee discount Real ownership of a growing Kansas City concept with strong brand recognition, a loyal following, and a clear next chapter A founder partner who has built the systems, knows the numbers, and is ready to hand operational ownership to the right person To Apply Send your resume and a brief note (a paragraph is plenty) telling us why Blanc and what kind of operator you are.
