A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER

In this assistant management role, you are a key member of our leadership as you hire, train, and develop team members while building a positive work environment. You also help oversee and maintain an exceptional guest service team as well as ensure exceptional food quality from our kitchen teams. You facilitate a true escape from the ordinary. ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of management experience or other progressive and relevant experience Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience Over the age of 21 We are open to hospitality experience.
