We're looking for energetic leaders to help build the True Blue Crew for Culver's of Springfield! Responsibilities:

Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members Support the development of a high performing team, leading as a coach and mentor Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
