What You'll Do:

Lead front-of-house operations and daily shift execution with confidence and consistency Inspire and coach your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences Be a visible leader on the floor — welcoming guests, handling issues, and creating a positive vibe Hire, train, and mentor a team of high-performing hospitality staff Collaborate with upper management on business planning, promotions, and performance goals Maintain quality standards across service, cleanliness, and safety Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally Uphold the Hotshots message: "We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back."

What You Bring:

3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience (sports bar, casual dining, or fast-paced concepts preferred) Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and hold a team accountable Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example Enthusiasm for sports, food, fun, and fast-paced service Availability to work 40-50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
