Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Chesterfield location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead a talented team toward achieving organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.

Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitabilityOversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to ensure efficient resource allocationLead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environmentMonitor key performance indicators and metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimizationManage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and service qualityImplement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all departmentsPrepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners to enhance organizational reputationQualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations, budgets, and P&L responsibilitiesStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staffExcellent strategic planning and analytical abilitiesProficiency in financial management and performance metrics analysisOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to make decisive decisions in complex situationsProficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite•
