Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff to maintain a high-performing team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment that encourages creativity and accountability.

Guest Experience:

Uphold and embody our commitment to putting the guest first in every interaction. Ensure all service standards are met or exceeded, creating memorable moments that enhance the guest experience. Proactively engage with guests to address feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

Manage daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, to ensure smooth service flow. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and quality control to maintain the highest product standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Financial Performance:

Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses to achieve profitability goals. Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to enhance revenue and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and events that drive business growth.

Training & Development:

Implement ongoing training programs that enhance service standards and operational knowledge. Provide continuous coaching and feedback to empower staff and encourage career growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) managing full-service restaurants, preferably in a seafood-focused or waterfront dining setting. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing talent. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and commitment to guest-centric service. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in restaurant management software, inventory systems, and financial reporting. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of seafood preparation and wine pairings is a plus.
