Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of food safety, and foster a vibrant, team-driven environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold brand standards, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and management skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and sanitation standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee high-quality dishes that meet brand specifications Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance skills, improve performance, and uphold food safety standards Maintain compliance with health regulations and conduct regular kitchen inspections for cleanliness and safety Experience Proven management experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Extensive knowledge of POS systems for order processing and inventory management Demonstrated supervising experience within a hospitality or food service setting, including staff training and development Familiarity with food safety protocols, budgeting processes, and food industry best practices Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, handle interviewing processes, and manage shift operations effectively Join us as a Kitchen Manager to lead with passion, inspire your team, and elevate our guests' dining experiences!
