• JOB SUMMARY

  Openwork is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to support daily facility operations. This role focuses on maintaining building supplies, assisting with basic repairs, and supporting general office and warehouse needs.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure building supplies are stocked and organized
• Operate compactor and baler for waste management
• Support general office and facility requests
• Deliver and distribute mail as needed
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs
• Communicate observations, issues, and requests to supervisors
• Follow detailed instructions and complete routine tasks under supervision

• REQUIREMENTS

• Less than 1 year of related experience required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow directions
• Basic computer skills for simple tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Good manual dexterity
