$75,000 - $80,000 + 10% bonus

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role Background in high-volume luxury resort, hotel, or private club dining environments Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Requirements:

Ability to lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations and deliver elevated guest experiences Experience managing staff, scheduling, labor controls, and seasonal resort operations (including outdoor dining or food truck concepts) Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
