Join the Heat at Dave's Hot Chicken as an Assistant General Manager Ready to lead a team that's as hot as our Chicken? At Dave's Hot Chicken, we're all about bringing the heat - in both flavor and leadership! As our Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to our General Manager, helping run the restaurant smoothly while making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
What You'll Be Doing Team Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and motivate your squad - Shift Leaders and Team Members. You'll train them to be as fired up about hot chicken as you are! Running the
Show:
Help manage day-to-day operations, making sure everything is running like a well-oiled fryer. From food prep to customer service, you're the captain of the ship.
Customer Happiness:
We don't just serve food; we serve experiences! Be the face of exceptional service and handle any guest concerns with a smile. You've got this!
Money Moves:
Keep an eye on the budget and inventory, and make sure our profits are just as hot as our chicken. You'll assist with ordering supplies, managing cash, and making sure everything is balanced.
Pay:
$46,800.00 - $57,200.00 per year
