Foundation Shift Manager - Proud Rooster BBQ Proud Rooster BBQ is building something different in Bozeman. We are a narrow-menu, high-quality BBQ concept focused on smoked brisket, proprietary sausages, breakfast tacos, speed, consistency, and operational excellence. Our location sits directly on busy Jackrabbit Lane. We are looking for a foundational leader who wants to help build a restaurant the right way from day one. This is a hands-on role.

You must be willing to:

Open and close shifts Smoke briskets and handle prep Maintain food quality and cleanliness Lead small teams Work fast and stay organized Help build systems and culture We are building around: Real smoked brisket Custom sausages Brisket/sausage breakfast tacos Fast, efficient grab-and-go service Technology-forward operations What we're looking for: Reliable and accountable Strong work ethic Calm under pressure Pride in quality and consistency Restaurant or kitchen leadership experience preferred

Compensation:
