Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as the Wild Crumb Front of House Manager, where you will lead the guest experience with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional service. This dynamic role is perfect for a motivated hospitality professional eager to oversee daily operations, inspire staff, and ensure every customer leaves delighted. As the face of our establishment, you'll cultivate a welcoming environment while managing food service standards, team training, and operational excellence. Your energetic leadership will drive our commitment to quality and community connection. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to uphold high standards of customer service and food handling. Manage special orders Manage monthly donation requests Scheduling a team of on average 16 FOH employees on Homebase. Hiring, Training, Reviews, Write ups and Firing Weekly updates to employees about menu changes or reminders through
Slack App Orders:
Coffee, Tea, Bakery Boxes and Bags, Eco MT dry paper products, cleaning supplies and general upkeep orders with amazon and Webstaurant for FOH needs only. Seasonal flowers ordering for tables from Kokoro Flower Farm. Receive and store orders, FIFO Supervise cash handling procedures, bank deposits and cash management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food preparation practices across all front-of-house activities. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production, quality control, and smooth communication between front and back of house. Restocking the display and keeping it clean and organized. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to foster positive relationships and enhance overall satisfaction. Strong background in supervising teams, staff training & development, and restaurant management. Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Updating employees on products/locations, Update inventory in Square and manage gift cards Weekly Labor reports and Waste Log report Bi weekly Coscto Runs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational standards. $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
