Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining, banquets, and kitchen management., as well as houskeeping, building maintenance, outside maintenance, reservations and quality control.
• Ensure high-quality food and service are consistently delivered to guests
• Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Create and manage budgets to maximize profitability
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies

Skills:

• Entry level knowledge of banquet operations, food handling, and kitchen management, hospitality management
• Entry level experience in kitchen operations in fine dining resestaurant
• Good understanding in food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and long hours during the season.
