Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations Develop and refine menus that highlight culinary creativity while meeting dietary requirements and customer preferences Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served Manage inventory levels meticulously, including ordering supplies, controlling waste, and maintaining accurate stock records Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across the kitchen environment Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely execution and high customer satisfaction Implement training programs for staff on food handling, safety procedures, cooking techniques, and service standards Monitor shift schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and optimize workflow to maximize productivity Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to uphold a safe working environment Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and service enhancements Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen management or as a head chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food production, cooking techniques, and food presentation Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and dietary accommodations Experience with inventory management tools and cost control strategies Background in fine dining or catering services is highly desirable Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence Familiarity with banquet operations, event catering, and shift management processes Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as we elevate this dining experience through innovative cuisine and exceptional service!
