Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Great Falls, MT. area. Qualified candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in the QSR or fast casual industry.
Responsibilities include:
  • Hiring, training, and developing a strong team
  • Resolving conflicts
  • Controlling cost such as food cost, labor, paper, and supplies
  • Completing weekly and daily reports
  • Ensure operational goals are met such inspection scores and surveys
  • Works hands on with the team to achieve goals (Not a desk job)
