Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Great Falls, MT. area. Qualified candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in the QSR or fast casual industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and developing a strong team
- Resolving conflicts
- Controlling cost such as food cost, labor, paper, and supplies
- Completing weekly and daily reports
- Ensure operational goals are met such inspection scores and surveys
- Works hands on with the team to achieve goals (Not a desk job)
