The Day-to-Day:

Provide a great employee experience! Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members. Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs. Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception. Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence. Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback. Address employee relations issues as they arise, determine immediate resolutions, or escalate to the GM when necessary. Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members. Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance. THE IDEAL

CANDIDATE... Must want to have fun serving great food to our customers and have a commitment to customer satisfaction. Will be a strong leader. Enjoys working with people. Must have at least one year of restaurant/retail management experience, including Profit & Loss responsibility. Must be ServSafe certified. Has basic business math skills. Has good communication skills. Is comfortable with learning new technology.

Essential Functions:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, use hands and arms for reaching and grasping, lift 30 pounds, see, hear, and talk. Work in a cold or hot environment. Work in close proximity to others.
