Ensure compliance with health regulations and food management practices. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and presentation. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary standards. Proven ability in staff training and development to enhance team performance.
