Some experience is required but the right attitude and a strong work ethic is critical to your success. Leadership training will be provided, and ongoing personal development is expected and required. The assistant manager position is the next step to develop into our manager position. Minimum 2 years relative experience Position requirements; Must be 21 or older to qualify for Assistant Manager Position Passion for customer service Accurate Cash handling skills Efficient Cooking skills Supervision/Leadership skills Able to work up to 12 hours (most shifts 8 hours) Remain calm under pressure Able to multitask Desire to develop in the company Passion to teach and develop Personal Pride in performance Assistant manager reports directly to manager. Supervising up to 10 employees in a shift. Full time position Hourly Bonus potential Vacation Pay Free crew work meals 50%
