Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and proper kitchen management practices. Handle shift management responsibilities by scheduling staff effectively and supervising team performance during busy hours. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a positive dining atmosphere. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews. Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, food safety practices, and food handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as shift management, customer service excellence, and food production oversight.
