Responsibilities Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a lively and positive environment. Oversee food preparation related to bar menu items, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Supervise food handling procedures, ensuring adherence to food safety standards across all beverage and snack offerings. Conduct staff training on service techniques, food safety protocols, and product knowledge to enhance team performance. Monitor inventory levels regularly, order supplies as needed, and control waste to maximize profitability. Assist in shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving customer concerns promptly. Support catering events, banquets, or special functions with efficient food production and service delivery. Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a skilled and motivated staff aligned with our hospitality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or bar management, with a strong background in supervising teams within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis effectively. Prior experience in fine dining or hotel environments is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing, and team management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during shift management in a fast-paced setting.
