Team and Development:

+ Builds a warm culture in the store where our team members feel valued + Communicates effectively with all Guests + Actively onboards and develops all new team members

Restaurant Performance:

+ Actively manages operational targets to meet monthly objectives + Upholds standards and takes corrective action when standards are not being met + Participates in business plan development and executes on the plan, including LTOs, in a high performing way
