What You'll Do:
Lead and motivate your team by working alongside them daily Deliver amazing customer experiences with every visit Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service Oversee all restaurant operations and daily performance Train and develop team members for success
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of management experience (restaurant management is a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Proven experience in shift management, scheduling, and customer service
